Shipping Policy

We ship across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC).

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹3,000.
Standard Shipping: ₹150 for orders below ₹3,000.

Delivery Timelines:
Metro cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
Remote areas: 7-10 business days

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of every Stillhue product. However, due to the nature of our products (fragrance, candles), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@stillhue.in with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
