What type of wax does Stillhue use?

All Stillhue candles are made with 100% premium soy wax — a clean-burning, renewable, and natural alternative to paraffin. Our soy wax is vegan, non-toxic, and free from GMO crops.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size. Our standard 200ml candles burn for approximately 40-50 hours. Our large 400ml candles burn for 80-100 hours. Always follow our care guide for best results.

Are your fragrances natural?

Yes. We use only IFRA-compliant, skin-safe fragrance oils that blend natural botanical extracts with minimal safe synthetic notes to ensure longevity and throw. We never use phthalates or harmful chemicals.

How should I care for my candle?

For the best burn: Trim the wick to 5mm before each use. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt to the full edge of the glass (2-3 hours). Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep away from drafts and direct sunlight.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement.

How long does shipping take?

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days. Other cities and towns: 5-8 business days.
