Yes — orders above ₹2,500 qualify for free standard shipping across India. For orders below ₹2,500, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also log into your Stillhue account to view real-time order status.

Yes, COD is available for most pin codes across India. A small COD handling fee of ₹49 applies. You can select COD at checkout.

We use a natural coconut-soy wax blend. It burns cleaner than paraffin, has a lower melting point for a better fragrance throw, and is derived from renewable sources. No paraffin, no petroleum.

Yes. All Stillhue candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We use plant-based waxes, cotton-core wicks, and fragrance oils that are not tested on animals and are IFRA compliant.

Our 200g candles burn for approximately 50–60 hours. The 100g size burns for approximately 25 hours, and our 350g candles burn for approximately 80+ hours. Actual burn time depends on care and environmental conditions.

Our candles are formulated for a medium-to-strong cold throw (when unlit) and a warm, room-filling scent when burning. We recommend using them in spaces up to 400 square feet for optimal fragrance.

No. Our candles are free from parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, and synthetic dyes. All fragrance oils are IFRA compliant and skin-safe grade. Our cotton-core wicks are lead-free and zinc-free.

The first burn sets the "memory" of the wax. Always burn your candle until the entire top layer has melted to the edges of the vessel — this prevents tunnelling (where the wax burns down the centre, wasting the outer edges). This usually takes 2–3 hours for a 200g candle.

Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 5mm (about a quarter of an inch). A wick that is too long will cause the flame to flicker, produce soot, and may result in a mushroomed carbon cap. Use a wick trimmer or small scissors.

We recommend burning for a maximum of 4 hours at a time. After 4 hours, extinguish the candle, allow it to cool completely (at least 2 hours), trim the wick, and then relight.

Yes — this is called "frosting" and it's a natural characteristic of natural wax blends. It does not affect burn quality or scent in any way. It's actually a sign that the candle contains a high percentage of natural wax.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused candles in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.

We're sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The credit will appear on your original payment method. For UPI and card payments, your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount.

All Stillhue candles ship in our signature gift-ready packaging — a branded box with tissue paper and a wax seal. No additional gift wrap fee. You can also add a personalised handwritten note at checkout.

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout and add your message in the note field. We'll ship directly to them with your personalised note — no invoice inside.
